✅ DM messages auto-delete permanently after 24 hours

✅ DM content is never analyzed or used for advertising

✅ Connecting to a provider shares your posts, journal, medications, and health data

✅ Either you or your provider can end the connection at any time

✅ Medication data is never used in community pattern analysis
