✅ Never try to identify or expose other users

✅ You own your content — we just display it

✅ No harassment, spam, or harmful content

✅ PatternMD is NOT medical advice — ever

✅ Medication data is self-reported and not clinically validated

✅ Environmental data captured silently at log time — private use only

✅ DMs require prior interaction + recipient approval

✅ DM messages auto-delete after 24 hours

✅ Your provider photo is only visible to your connected provider — never the community

✅ Connecting to a provider shares all your data including medications

✅ Either you or your provider can end the connection at any time

✅ Providers may only use your data for your clinical care

✅ Referrals use your anonymous ID only — no personal data shared

✅ We can remove content or ban accounts that violate these terms

✅ You can delete your account anytime in Settings

✅ Disputes are resolved through mandatory individual arbitration (no class actions)

✅ You will be notified within 30 days of any data breach

✅ PatternMD is not liable for third-party provider outages or breaches

✅ PatternMD is NOT a HIPAA Covered Entity — providers are responsible for their own compliance

✅ TAPMD game scores are public and tied to your anonymous ID — it is not medical treatment

✅ Adults may post on behalf of a child they are the legal guardian of — child posts get an amber border and badge; the child never has an account
